Shipping Times
All watches labeled as "Price On Request" or "Special Order" will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. These items are specially ordered from our suppliers, resulting in a slight delay compared to our regular, in-stock inventory.
All other items available for purchase are ready to ship the same day. We generally ship the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Pre-Shipment Process
Each watch is carefully prepared before shipping:
- The watch is pulled from our showcase and verified against the listing on our website.
- The box and papers for the timepiece are added to the package to match the description on our website listing.
- The watch undergoes a series of tests by our expert team of watchmakers using state-of-the-art equipment. This final stage of testing ensures the proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water-resistance (when applicable).
Shipment Process
Your order will be:
- Inspected and securely packed.
- Shipped by UPS or FedEx.
- Orders can be shipped to your billing address.
- Fully insured and securely packed.
- Require a signature at the time of delivery or pickup.
Sales Tax
We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to CA State addresses.
